How to reach the PageStax team, and what to include so we can help quickly.

Can't find the answer in these guides? Email us at support@pagestax.com.

What to include#

The more of this you send, the faster we can help:

  1. Your store address — the one ending in .myshopify.com.
  2. What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
  3. The exact message you saw, copied word for word. PageStax messages are written to say what went wrong, so the wording tells us a lot. For example:
    • a go-live refusal — "Winter socks" cannot go live: …;
    • a publish refusal — Free plan allows 1 published page…;
    • a sign-in error message, or its auth_error code (see Sign-in errors).
  4. Which page, offer, journey or test it's about — its name, and its id if you have it. In psx, psx pages list --json shows page ids.
  5. Where it happened — in Shopify admin, at app.pagestax.com, on your storefront, or in psx. For storefront problems, include the page's address.
  6. A screenshot, if something looks wrong.

For a psx problem, the output of the command run with --json is the most useful thing to send (it never contains your token).

Before you write#

  • Check Troubleshooting — the most common problems have step-by-step fixes.
  • For "my change isn't showing" problems, check whether the change is waiting in Push changes live.
  • For missing analytics, check Analytics → Tracking health.

Billing and refunds#

PageStax is provided by EDIUD LLC and billed through Shopify. For a billing error or a refund request, email support@pagestax.com within 30 days of the charge with your store address. See the refund policy, terms of service and privacy policy.

Priority support#

Stores on the Scale plan get priority support. See Plans, limits and the 14-day trial.
