Your first product page

A PageStax product page replaces your theme's page at /products/<handle> for one product. Prices, options, photos and stock come from the product in Shopify, so they stay correct when you change the product.

1. Create the page#

1. Open Pages and press Create page.
2. Under What kind of page? choose Product page, then Continue.
3. Under Which product? pick the product from your catalogue.
4. Under Pick a template choose a template, or Start blank to build from the section library.
5. Under Name it give the page a name, check the details, and press Create & open in editor.

The page is a Draft — visible only to you — until you publish it. Every section on the new page is linked to the product you picked.

2. Edit it#

The editor opens with your page on the canvas.

• Click any section or element to select it. Its settings open on the right in three tabs: Content, Style and Layout.
• Use Add sections on the left rail to add more sections, and Layers to see and reorder everything on the page.
• Text and images that come from the product show Live in the element's Data group. Switch to Manual if you want to write your own. See Product pages.

3. Publish it#

1. Press Publish in the top bar.
2. Choose Replace a product page, and pick the product under Product to replace.
3. Press Publish to store.

When it finishes you see Published! with Open live page and Copy link. If the window shows a One-time step, switch on the app embed as described — it takes one click and a Save.

You can also publish from the Pages list with the Publish button on the page's card.
